Whenever we move a baby we leave a feedback form for both the referring and receiving hospitals.

We also leave a parental feedback form at the receiving hospital. These are all reviewed by one of your senior team.

If you have an issue with the management of your baby then we would advise you to speak to the consultant looking after your baby.
