Feedback

We really value your feedback which is why each move we leave a form for you to fill out. This is then reviewed by one of our senior team to check we are delivering the best service.

We also aim to make the referral process as transparent as possible. There is a copy of our referral form under "Professionals, Referrals" which lets you know what information we need.

 

Roadshows

We run a series of neonatal roadshows, visiting our local units. This is an excellent opportunity for bidirectional feedback about the service, referral process or any other issues/ ideas that may arise.
